A Heart for Healing
Cathy McGuffey founded CLM Ministries. She is a singer and songwriter, but most importantly, she is a teacher/speaker of God's word who has a heart to minister and lead others to the Lord. She started CLM Ministries a few years after the loss of her daughter. She knows what it is like to feel pain, hurt, and disappointment, but more than that, she knows the source to go to for healing, and that is Jesus Christ.
Cathy has a ministry team, "Servant's Heart," that shares her passion and ministers with her at the conferences, which are CLM MINISTRY events. The presence of God radiates and shines through their lives through songs, drama, skits (and other fun surprises). Cathy opens her heart to share stories and life experiences that help others who can relate and find hope in their own circumstances. Cathy believes that laughter is good for the soul, and there is certainly no shortage of fun and laughter at a CLM Ladies Conference.
The goal is ALWAYS that all who come leave are changed, encouraged, renewed, and full of the joy of Jesus Christ—and hopefully with a new friend or two!

Cathy (Cat) McGuffey is a motivational speaker, songwriter, and worship leader full of Passion for Christ to make a difference in lives through being REAL and through praise, sharing stories, singing, drama, and scripture. She loves to have fun, is full of energy, and communicates in a way others can relate. This changes the whole atmosphere and opens the heart of the audience to receive what God has for them by touching the heart of God. CLM conferences have helped women experience how the Word, the Power of God, and His Amazing Grace can heal broken hearts, give hope and faith, and bring laughter to where there once was pain.
Cathy grew up on a farm with five sisters and four brothers in a small community in Kentucky. She was raised in a Christian home and has been involved in ministry since she was 5 years old. Her dad was a minister/pastor, and their family had a singing group that had traveled for several years. Cathy met her husband, Eddie, at a tent revival in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Three and a half years later, they were married. They were blessed with two amazing children, Steven and Autumn. They have several grandchildren who have captured their hearts forever, and they love them dearly: Kaley, Emma, Andrew, and Kendra. Several years later, Eddie accepted the call on his life to minister for Christ. They joined forces! When Cathy is not at a speaking engagement, she sings and ministers alongside her husband, Eddie, as God opens the doors. They have a powerful testimony of God's healing power and how God restored their joy after the loss of their daughter, Autumn, at the age of 22.
